A house, not a statement
Why guests write to us after they leave
We are a six-room cave hotel on Aydın Kırağı, in İsali–Gaferli–Avcılar, Göreme. Close enough to walk into the village. High enough that morning balloons pass the terrace.
Online, guests come back to the same three things: the staff, the breakfast, and sleeping inside the stone. They mention help with balloon flights and taxis. They mention cheeses and fresh eggs. They mention sitting at sunset, then coming home to a quiet cave.
We do not promise a palace. The tuff flakes a little. Some rooms have no window — only the hush of the rock. We would rather tell you that here than surprise you at check-in. What we can promise is a small house, a homemade breakfast, and people who answer when you need them.

Sunset and balloons
We sit a short walk from Göreme’s sunset point and the village. From the terrace and some balconies, dawn balloons pass close enough to hear the burners.
Real cave rooms
The rooms are carved from tuff. Quiet, a little imperfect, cool in summer. Some open to a balcony. A few have no window — we say so before you book.
