This bookable sunrise-to-evening day is arranged from The Owl Cave Hotel in Göreme. Pickup is before dawn for a light breakfast and a piloted balloon flight over the valleys. You return to the hotel for breakfast and two or three hours free. A second pickup starts the guided circuit: an underground city, Pigeon Valley at Uçhisar, the Zelve Open-Air Museum, a red-clay pottery workshop, a rug workshop, and Paşabağ, including the Chapel of Saint Simeon. The day includes a flight certificate and ends back in Göreme.
