This bookable half-day is arranged from The Owl Cave Hotel in Göreme. A local guide takes you through Rose Valley, a walk in Pigeon Valley, a stone-craft atelier in Göreme, and the fairy chimneys at Çavuşin. In Avanos you watch red clay thrown on a kick wheel and can try it. The last stop is Salkım Wine House, a terrace tasting of local wines with a cheese plate and an appetizer. Extra food or wine there is paid separately. The tasting is for guests 18 and older.
